A project on a metropolitan scale, the Plaine Saulnier Urban Development Area ("ZAC Plaine Saulnier") is capitalizing on the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games opportunity to initiate a strong relationship between the identity of a growing metropolis, its urban planning and the practice of a sport founded on Olympic values. The development of the Plaine Saulnier ZAC will complete the transformation of this area which, in 40 years, will have moved from an industrial site to a mixed, innovative and sustainable urban area.
